        When the timer hits zero, a block hash picks one cast. That wallet receives the pot.

      Each cast is a ticket, ordered by block and log index. The winner is the ticket at position block hash mod number of tickets, using the first block read after the round closes. Every catch shows its block, so anyone can check it.
